Return and Exchange Policy

We at Quatro Aroma focus on producing only the finest essentials. We craft our products by placing the Indigenous Peoples community at the forefront. If under the circumstance that the item/s you purchased has:

• Split or damaged wick
• Inflammable wick

We’d be happy to help, have it checked and replaced. No Return and Exchange Policy and Order Form, no exchange of items.

Returns are only accepted within one (1) week from the day you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, the box packaging should still be intact and in the same condition.

If you believe you have a defective product, please send your form and complaint to quatroaroma@gmail.com with photos to support your claim within three (3) days from delivery. This information will help us understand the potential defect.
